Team Projects

Share the Strategy. Delegate the Execution. Hand Off When Ready.

Team Projects let you share a project as a managed copy so your team or clients can run day-to-day execution while you keep control of the strategic foundation — then hand off full ownership with Transfer Control whenever it makes sense.

1. Share a Team Project

Publish the current state of a project and generate a team invite code. The person you invite receives a managed copy that already carries your project analysis, marketing plan, messaging matrix, personas, and content calendar.

2. They Execute, You Keep the Strategy

Members work inside the managed copy to generate content, run and resume workflows, and schedule posts. The foundational artifacts stay connected to your original project, so when you update the strategy, their workspace reflects it.

3. Hand Off With Transfer Control

When a member or client is ready to own the work, issue a Transfer Control code. Once they redeem it, the project becomes fully theirs and every strategy-level capability unlocks.

Shared Control, Not Shared Chaos

Members Execute. Owners Stay in Charge of Strategy.

A managed copy gives team members real execution power without the risk of strategy drifting. Foundational decisions stay with the owner until you decide to hand them off.

What a Team Member Can Do

  • Generate content from the shared project context
  • Run and resume existing workflows
  • Schedule and post content to connected social accounts
  • Read the owner's shared foundational artifacts
  • Export deliverables as Word, PDF, text, or Google Docs

What Stays With the Owner

  • Editing project strategy: name, channel, and product
  • Adding or changing target audience segments
  • Creating, restarting, or resetting workflows
  • Drafting budgets and paid-media plans
  • Managing integrations and connected accounts

Members are guided to ask the owner for strategy changes, or to use Transfer Control to take full ownership.

A Clean Handoff With Transfer Control

When a team member or client is ready to take the wheel, issue a Transfer Control code. Once they redeem it, the managed copy becomes fully theirs and every strategy-level capability unlocks — no rebuilds, no lost context.

Team Projects FAQ

What does a team member receive when I share a project?

A managed copy of your project. It carries the foundational artifacts you have built — project analysis, marketing plan, messaging matrix, target audience profiles, budgets, and content calendar — so the member can start executing immediately instead of from a blank slate. You share a team invite code from the Teams panel, and the member redeems it to join.

What can a team member do, and what stays locked?

Members can generate content, run and resume existing workflows, schedule and post content, and read the foundational artifacts you share. Strategy-level changes stay locked: editing the project name, channel, or product, changing target audience segments, creating or restarting workflows, drafting budgets and paid-media plans, and managing integrations. If a member tries one of those, the app explains that Transfer Control is required before editing strategy.

If I update the marketing plan, do members see the change?

Yes. Foundational artifacts stay connected to your original project rather than being copied once. When you update the project analysis, marketing plan, content calendar, or other shared artifacts, members working in their managed copies read the current version.

What is Transfer Control?

Transfer Control is how you hand off a project for good. You issue a Transfer Control code, and once the member redeems it, the managed copy becomes fully theirs and every strategy-level capability unlocks. It is ideal for consultants who kick off a project and then transfer it to the client.

Can I revoke access if I no longer want a project shared?

Yes. Owners can revoke a member's access at any time from the Teams panel. Invite codes and Transfer Control codes are also time-limited, so unused codes expire on their own.
